DJ and producer LYA enjoyed a classical music school education at early age of 5. Not only was she a talent at the piano, but she  also loved to sing and dance for her family and friends.
She grew up listening to a blend of her mom’s rock & roll vinyl records and her dad’s disco recordings. Her music taste was influenced by Hip-hop, minimal, and of course house music.

As she grew older, the dance scene stole her heart – while working as a famous dancer and a club kid in the Belgian nightlife scene, she was so passionate about electronic music that it was only a matter of time that
she would decide to do her own thing and pursue a DJ
career. She would describe her style as a cocktail of enchanting
house, groovy beats, and mysterious and hazy signature
tunes with a directly recognizable flavour of LYA sound.
A real crowd-pleaser due to her natural skills to curate
the crowd. A perfect blend of good music & entertainment.
LYA has been a resident of many clubs in the Belgian
nightclub scene, like Cafe d’Anvers, Club Vaag, Zodiak, Strantwerpen, Club45, Destino (Ibiza), Wildchild Ibiza, Gameover Ibiza etc..

She’s been playing at the well known festivals in Belgium and abroad like Tomorrowland, Summerfestival, AFTRSUN Festival, Quest, Moonfield Festival, Suicide Club (NL), Zonnig Festival (NL), Labyrinth Open (Croatia), House of House, The Day Before Tomorrow, Lovelee Amsterdam and many more.
